White

Reserve Chardonnay

Alcohol 12.5%

Our Reserve Chardonnay was made from our finest fruit, fermented and sur lies aged in American oak barrels at cool temperatures to maintain the natural character. This process ensures a smooth taste and round mouth feel with subtle oak nuances.

Chardonnay

Our Chardonnay was made from our finest fruit, fermented and aged in stainless steel at low temperatures to maintain the natural fruity characteristics of the grape and a crisp clean flavor.

Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc was made from the finest fruit, fermented and aged in stainless steel at low temperatures to maintain the natural fruity characteristics of the grape and a crisp clean flavor.

Red

Cabernet Franc

Estate Grown
Alcohol 11%

Our Estate Cabernet Franc is cool fermented then aged in American Oak barrels to maintain the fruit flavors of this noble grape. For most people Cabernet Franc is great when blended with its related varietals, but do not underestimate this varietal's ability to stand alone.

Chambourcin

Estate Grown
Alcohol 11.5%

Our Estate Chambourcin displays a rich ruby-red color echoing the deep colored fruit of this vine. This wine is fermented and aged at cool temperatures in steel to maintain the lush fruit aromas and flavors in this nouveau style wine.

Sisu Vineyard Syrah

Our Sisu Vineyard Syrah is a single vineyard wine grown exclusively for us by one of our partner growers. By choosing high quality fruit from a single vineyard this wine expresses the unique terroir of that site. We are sure you will agree that this is a wine of distinction.

Syrah

Alcohol 13.5%

Our Syrah is cool fermented then aged in American Oak barrels to maintain the fruit flavors of this noble grape. This is a full bodied wine with chewy tannins and round mouth feel, a perfect accompaniment for red meats and rich sauces.

Rosé

Cabernet Franc Rosé

Alcohol 12.5%

Our Rosé is 100% Cabernet Franc made in a semi-sweet style, steel aged and bottled young; nothing to mask its delicate flavor and aroma. This wine is easy drinking and very refreshing by itself or when enjoyed with food.

Sweet

Blueberry

Silver Medal Winner
Alcohol 11.5%

Our Blueberry Wine is made from the finest blueberries grown right here in the Outer Coastal Plain of Southern New Jersey. The soil and climate make this area one of the best places to grow this wonderful fruit. This wine captures its essence with just the right sweetness to bring out the ripe flavors and aromas of this summertime favorite.

Vignoles

Our Estate Vignoles displays a wonderful honeyed/golden color that is immediately appealing. Its slight sweetness complements the natural character of our fruit with aromas of apricot and honey. Serve well chilled as an after-dinner complement or on a hot summer day.
