Opening day was a great success. We would like to thank everyone who came out to support us. Visitors enjoyed tastings of our inaugural vintage as well as cheese, chocolates and live music on the patio. Even the weather cooperated. Thanks again and hope to see you all soon.

New Jersey Wine Competition 2008

The results of the New Jersey Wine Competition have just been released. Sharrott Winery is 3 for 3. With this being our first year only three of our wines were bottled in time for submission to the competition but all three earned awards.

We need grapes! And not just any grapes, we want east coast grapes. We are expanding our vineyard but just can’t grow enough so, if you are a high quality, local grower in New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania or New York and have grapes available this season give us a call.
